David has had over forty years experience  as a manager and engineer.  With 15 years as a Queensland Council CEO, many years as an Engineering Director any experience in both the private and public sector he is well  placed to assist with your project, review or investigation.

 

David has been responsible for such diverse developments as the the master planned Highfields community, much of the infrastrucure including new towns to service the Bowen Basin coal boom and many major water projects for Brisbane City.

 

As well as many years of practical experience he holds diverse qualifications in management engineering and business.
